After School Provision

Term 1 online Registrations for our ASP Bubbles has now CLOSED for parents requiring wraparound childcare.  Confirmation of your place will be by receipt of your invoice in w/c 19 July and registrations close on Friday 16 July at 9am. Please help us by adhering to the COVID Restrictions in place; there will be no ad-hoc provision to maintain consistency within the Key Stage Bubbles.  EYFS Registration will be released in September once children are settled.

ASP runs from the end of the School Day until 6 pm every day during the school term and will be delivered in three Key Stage Bubbles.  The ASP Bubbles will be supervised by qualified teaching assistants – Miss Witham/Miss Willard (EYFS), Miss Micic / Miss Twohig (KS2) and Mrs. Smith (KS1), who will usually run an Activities Schedule across a two week timetable, which allows for a variety of games, crafts, and play.  During COVID 19 restrictions, these will be limited to table top art activities and outside play only.

  • EYFS (Reception and Nursery) Bubble will be escorted to the school hall.
  • Year 1 children will be collected from their classrooms at the end of the day and taken to the hall
  • Year 2 and KS2 children will be directed to the hall by their teacher..

Children will be encouraged to fill their named water bottles up before they leave the classroom.  A daily varied adult led activity session follows – either indoors or weather dependent – outside and then the children will then break for a light tea of sandwiches, cake and fruit.  A sample of Olives weekly menu can be viewed here.  Please note if parents pick up early, children may miss teatime at 4:30 pm.

All children should be collected from the MAIN RECEPTION at the front of the school.  Please ring the doorbell to notify staff of your arrival and your child will be brought to the door.
