Let’s all reconnect and help raise funds for Macmillan’s Cancer Support!
We are organising a Parent’s Coffee Morning on Friday 24 September in aid of Cancer Research and would love you to join us and donate a cake! Bake with friends, family, children and grandparents and bring along your creation to sell. We will provide the coffee and our new COPA Cook will judge the competition. All proceeds will go towards Macmillans – for full information please see below.
Macmillan’s Coffee Morning – Friday 24 September @ 9am
As part of our intention to reconnect with our parents, following the very challenging circumstances of the past eighteen months, we would love you to join us to support the ‘World’s Biggest Coffee Morning’ in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support in the main school hall.
We would like to run a Cake Baking Competition, where children and parents donate a cake to the Coffee Morning, which can be sold on the day to raise much needed funds for Cancer Support. We will provide the coffee if you and your children can provide the cakes!
The competition will be judged by our new cook Salome from Olive Dining, who would love to meet you all and introduce herself and some taster samples of food from our menu for Term 1, to show you what your children are served for their lunch. Olive Dining staff will be on hand to answer any dietary questions that you may have and join in with our coffee morning.
All proceeds raised on the day will be donated to Macmillan Cancer Research but if you cannot join us in person, you can still donate by clicking on their donate button here.
