After School Provision

Term 2 online Registration for our EYFS/KS1/KS2 ASP provisions has now closed for parents requiring wraparound childcare and confirmation of your place will be by receipt of your invoice w/c 11 October. There will be no ad-hoc provision in Term 2.

ASP runs from the end of the school day until 6 pm every day during the school term and will be delivered in two settings.


This will run from the Nursery / Reception side of the building and will be supervised by qualified teaching assistants and play leaders – Mrs Witham / Miss Dunne (EYFS), Miss Micic/Miss Twohig (KS1).  A timetable of activities will run over two weeks to allow for a variety of games, crafts and play inside and outside – weather dependent.

EYFS (Reception/Nursery) will remain in their classroom and Miss Micic will collect Year 1 children from their classroom.  Year 2 children will be directed to their setting by their class teacher.  All EYFS/KS1 children should be collected from the Nursery side gate using the buzzer for entry.


KS2 ASP will be held in the Rotunda Building, followed by the school hall under the supervision of Mrs. Smith supported by Mrs. Anesteva.  A Timetable of Activities across a two-week timetable will allow for a variety of games, crafts, and play inside and outside – weather dependent.

KS2 children should be collected from the MAIN RECEPTION at the front of the school.  Please ring the doorbell to notify staff of your arrival and your child will be brought to the door.

All children will be encouraged to fill their named water bottles up before they leave the classroom and will children will break for a light tea of sandwiches, cake and fruit.  View a sample of Olives weekly menu.  Please note if parents pick up early, children may miss teatime.

In answer to your requests for hot food options, we will be trialling this new menu for After School Provision from Term 4 and will review with the children on a weekly basis. Please see the link below:
