SCHOOL LUNCHES: A reminder that school lunches must be paid for in advance directly to Olive Dining via your MCAS Account. If this is not addressed, you will be asked to provide a packed lunch for your child until this is rectified.
CASHLESS: A reminder that we are a cashless school and all school clubs, trips and workshops should be paid online via your MCAS App. Any cash will be returned and an order created onto your MCAS account where you will also need to tick to consent to the trip.

YEAR 2: Miss Boswell and Miss Sandhu will cover Mrs. Payne’s maternity leave sharing Maple Class with Miss Boswell taking on 2 days in Maple Class and three days in Birch Class and Miss Sandhu covering the remaining 3 days in Maple Class.
SATs: Informal testing in Year 2 and formal testing in Year 6 will take place this term, so please ensure children attend regularly and have every opportunity to achieve well.
INTERVENTIONS: If your child has been invited to attend an academic intervention, please make sure they attend regularly. Teachers are giving up their own time to ensure children are well prepared for SATs and achieving to the best of their ability, so your support is appreciated.
CLASS ASSEMBLIES: A reminder that this term will see class assemblies from a specific year group. Dates will be put out early in the term so that parents can make arrangements if they wish to come into school to hear all about what the children are learning this term.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS: After our recent medical review, we have updated our system to reflect any changes to medical conditions and dietary requirements for children. These can be viewed on MCAS under the ‘’Data Collection’’ tab, then ‘’Edit Details’’, finally ‘’Medical details’’ tab. You can check if all the relevant medical conditions for your child are ticked there. Please contact the office if you have any questions regarding this or amendments need to be made.
